1. What are the minimum and maximum dimensions you can machine?

 

We offer a wide range of CNC machining services, including CNC milling (3-axis, 3+2-axis, and 5-axis)

and turning.

 

When it comes to milled parts, our capabilities extend to dimensions of up to 2000 x 1500 x 200 mm

(78.7 x 59.0 x 7.8 in.) for 3/3+2 axis CNC milling, while for 5-axis milling, the maximum part

size accommodated is 650 x 650 x 300 mm (25.5 x 25.5 x 11.8 in.).

 

For CNC turning, we can handle parts with a maximum diameter of 431mm (17 in.) and a length of

990 mm (39 in.).

 

On the smaller end, we recommend minimum part dimensions of around 0.39 x 0.39 x 0.39 inches

(10 x 10 x 10mm), with a minimum feature dimension of 0.5 mm.

 

Please note that our platform has a size limitation of up to 1000 mm (39 in.) for parts.

If you require larger dimensions, you can submit a request through our sales team for further

assistance.

 

2. What cosmetic standards do you guarantee?

 

Our commitment to quality ensures that deburring and edge breaking are standard procedures for

all CNC machined parts.

 

In cases where there are specific edges that need to remain sharp, it is crucial to clearly specify

them in the technical drawings.

 

Furthermore, we guarantee that the surfaces of the machined parts will be free from any defects,

including but not limited to scratches, dents, stains, blemishes, and hanging marks.

Surfaces that are designated as critical, especially the primary (a) side as indicated in the technical

drawing, will be completely free from any mill steps or other marks.

 

For the secondary (b) side, minor hanging marks and up to 2 minor defects are within acceptable

limits. Our commitment to delivering high-quality results extends to post-processing and finishing

methods that can be employed to enhance surface roughness, improve visual properties, and

increase wear resistance for machined parts.

 

3. How long does delivery time and quotation take?

 

Our delivery time and quotation process are influenced by the complexity of your project.

For low-complexity parts, expect a lead time of 2-3 days. As complexity increases, the lead time

can range from 2-5 days. High-complexity parts may require a lead time of 5-15 days.

 

Quotation turnaround time varies based on complexity as well. For straightforward designs, we can

provide a quote within 1 business day or even faster. However, for more intricate projects,

the quoting process may take 3 or more business days.
