In the realm of manufacturing, CNC Machining, or Computer Numerical Control Machining, is a
broad category encompassing various machines. These machines leverage computer-controlled
tools to subtract material from a workpiece, leading to a substantial enhancement in speed,
precision, and accuracy when compared to conventional machining techniques.

Specialist Industries
CNC machining stands as a revolutionary force across various industries, offering unparalleled
versatility. In woodworking, CNC machines transform the production of wooden furniture,
providing a time-efficient and cost-effective alternative to manual craftsmanship.
The technology's precision is harnessed in lettering and engraving systems, where it serves to
mark patterns or text onto surfaces, meeting artistic and serialized requirements.
Within the electrical industry, CNC machining plays a pivotal role in tasks such as crafting
component mounting holes in printed circuit boards and producing heat sinks for electronics.
The pharmaceutical sector benefits from CNC machines in manufacturing precise equipment,
including metering pumps, ingredient-dispensing nozzles, and packaging components.
Even in the dynamic consumer goods industry, CNC machining contributes significantly to the
creation of custom material-handling machinery for the food and beverage sector, along with
the production of injection-molded plastic molds essential for food packaging.
Company Profile
FAQ's
1. What are you shipping terms?
Our standard shipping terms, applicable to both rapid prototyping and regular production orders,
are Ex Works (EXW). Under these terms, the customer assumes responsibility for shipping,
customs clearance, and all associated fees once the goods have left our premises.
For express shipments, we follow the Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) model, placing the onus on
the client to pay import duty upon the goods reaching their destination.
2. Does you provide export molds?
Yes, we do provide export molds. It's crucial to be aware that our tooling is manufactured to
comply with our Modular Unit Dies (MUD). This results in a uniform base size for the tools,
and customers should be ready to accommodate tools of that size for seamless integration into
their machines.
3. What if I am not completely satisfied with the parts I receive?
We assure the quality of our materials and workmanship based on the terms specified in the
initial order and the information you provide. Disputes arising from subjective assessments will
be handled by our management, who will act in good faith to secure your complete satisfaction.
Our sustained success hinges on earning your confidence in our ability to consistently meet and
exceed reasonable expectations.
4. Do you offer Quick-Turn CNC Machining?
Indeed! Our Quick-Turn CNC Machining services provide fast lead times for parts, with many
available within 3-4 days. We also offer an expedite option, and our team is dedicated to working
closely with you to meet your most pressing deadlines.
