Cheap CNC Steel Part Customized Lathe Machining Steel Machined Parts Turning
Metal Machining Part
Custom CNC machining is a widely adopted subtractive manufacturing technology renowned for its
excellence in crafting bespoke metal and plastic components tailored for both prototyping and
production needs.
By harnessing CAD (computer-aided design) modeling software in conjunction with G-code, CNC
milling and CNC turning machines proficiently remove material from solid workpieces with exceptional
precision and speed.
CNC machines are adept at producing durable parts characterized by stringent tolerances and a
diverse range of outstanding material properties, both mechanical and chemical in nature.
Our bespoke CNC machining service is ideally suited for singular projects and medium-volume
production runs, capitalizing on automation and a high degree of reproducibility.
Product Details
CNC machines excel at cutting a wide range of materials, including aluminum, bronze, copper,
ceramics, plywood, various steel types, stone, wood, zinc, and numerous engineering materials.
This versatility makes them perfect for crafting prototypes during product development.
With CNC milling, you can easily fine-tune and make precise adjustments until you achieve the
desired final product, offering accuracy and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process.

FAQ's
1. Can you create design drawings for me?
We do not offer standalone product design services, but we do provide Design for Manufacturing
(DFM) reviews for all approved orders.
This means that we collaborate with our clients to optimize their 2D and 3D drawings, enhancing
manufacturability, resolving design issues, and reducing production expenses.
Learn more about preparing your CAD drawings for manufacturing.
2. What formats of the files can you accept?
We can accept most of the 3D file formats like SolidWorks (.sldprt)/ ProE(.prt) / IGES(.igs) / STEP (.stp).
We can also use 2D drawing (.pdf) or AutoCAD (.dwg) for quote against the parts with simple structure.
All the other files formats are not listed above but can be read in AutoCAD/ProE/SolidWorks/ will be
also fine for us.
3. Can you ensure my designed component dimensions and tolerances are suitable
for production?
Our team of seasoned experts offers "Design for Engineering" (DFM) support and can assess production
feasibility.
We understand that when you're in the prototyping phase, quick quotes are crucial, and we're prepared
to assist you.
For a comprehensive overview of our order process, please refer to our production process page.
4. What if I am not fully satisfied with the received parts?
We stand by the quality of our materials and workmanship, adhering to the terms outlined in the
original order and the information provided by you.
If there are any disputes arising from subjective judgments, we encourage you to bring them to
our management's attention.
We are committed to working in good faith to ensure your complete satisfaction. Our ongoing success
